很奇怪的，9.5 折充值，比如我充值 100 元，实际花费 95 元？按说卖优惠券那种是服务类优惠，充钱优惠的话，5%的前难道腾讯有内部价卖云服务的？
V 友们有尝过瓜的么？甜不甜？

没听说过充值的，一般都是代理商，经手买服务能便宜点，代理商赚点差价，直接充钱优惠的没听说，

我记得，根据不同级别，云服务厂商代理返点通常在 15%~45%之间，这 5%轻轻松松了

不过，按比例返点的业务通常不包括域名那些第三方服务，也就是说优惠充值金额通常不是通用的

所以靠不靠谱得问清楚，试过才知道，只能说存在这个可能
