瑞士计划启动提案：拟授权央行持有黄金和BTC作为货币储备资产的一部分
据Blocksteam CEO Adam Back透露，瑞士正计划启动一项“联邦大众倡议”（Federal Popular Initiative）提案，拟授权央行除了将黄金作为货币储备资产之外，将BTC也添加作为当地货币储备资产。根据相关内容显示，目前瑞士《联邦宪法》第99条第3款中规定瑞士货币储备资产中有一部分应以黄金形式持有（即俗称的“金本位”），现在新提案希望将这条规定调整为“瑞士货币储备资产中有一部分应以黄金和Bitcoin形式持有”。
