请教关于 vue 关于动态加载在线组件的问题

要求:通过接口请求返回一个在线地址(例如 cdn)；这个地址是一个 vue 组件编译后的文件，然后在代码中调用这个组件，并能实现和其他同样组件的交互，以及父组件和在线组件的方法调用
现状:我通过 cdn 引了 elementUi 的组件库,但动态插入 script 发现,标签已经插进去了,但组件不生效
希望:这个要求能够实现吗? 或者有没有别的思路可以提供 十分感谢
