又收到了 ETC 钓鱼网站发的诈骗短信 [续]
继上一篇帖子
发布一天后，刚才又收到关联域名的短信，而且网站也升级了。
我不明白的是，国内短信发布，应该是有模板的，虽然这个模板可能是公共模板，但是这样为诈骗短信提供服务的短信服务商不用负法律责任吗？
