OYO accuses Zo Rooms of ‘forum hunting’ after Zostel’s latest plea to stop its IPO
It has found itself in the middle of another legal battle before it takes a step ahead. Hotel rooms aggregator Zo Rooms, which is managed by Zostel Hospitality, has moved a new petition to the Delhi High Court in order to restrain OYO from modifying its shareholding pattern.
OYO condemns Zostel for ‘misrepresenting’ facts An OYO spokesperson told Business Insider, “OYO deplores Zostel’s repeated attempts at misrepresenting case facts and threats of forum hunting. OYO condemns Zostel’s self-serving misrepresentation of case facts to the media and it is an attempt to overreach Delhi HC proceedings.”
The court will also take up a plea by OYO to grant stay on an earlier order from the Supreme Court of India appointed arbitrator in breach of its agreement with Zo Rooms.

Elon Musk is doubling down on his criticism of President Joe Biden, claiming bias against Tesla.
This is the third time this month Musk has accused Biden and his administration of being beholden to unions.
Musk claimed without evidence that the bill had been written by Ford and the UAW. Tesla has historically been opposed to unionization, and in March the National Labor Relations Board ordered Musk to remove an anti-union tweet.

India server market revenue touches $289.5 mn in Q2 2021
The x86 server market increased YoY by 12.3% in terms of revenue to reach $261.6 million in Q2 2021 from $232.9 million in Q2 2020.
The non x86 server market decreased YoY by 28.8% to reach $27.9 million in terms of revenue in Q2 2021 from $39.1 million in Q2 2020.
In the April-June quarter, Dell Technologies emerged as the top vendor in the India x86 server market with a revenue share of 25.2% and revenue of $65.8 million.
