孟晚舟与美司法部达成协议飞离加拿大

美国司法部与华为前 CFO 孟晚舟达成暂缓起诉协议。孟晚舟周五当地时间下午通过视频在纽约布鲁克林联邦法庭出庭。孟晚舟对多项银行欺诈指控表示不认罪；作为协议的一部分，她承认曾就华为在伊朗业务误导银行。按照美国司法部和孟晚舟达成的暂缓起诉协议，美国将在明年 12 月、也就是孟晚舟被捕四年后撤销针对她的指控，前提是她满足法庭设定的某些条件。孟晚舟乘坐的航班已经从温哥华起飞，今晚抵达深圳。与此同时，被关押的两名加拿大人 Michael Spavor 和Michael Kovrig 也已经登上飞机离开中国。
