金融时报援引知情人士的消息报道，蚂蚁集团的支付宝面临拆分：类似传统信用卡和小额贷款业务的花呗和借呗与其它支付服务分开，变成一个独立应用运营。该计划还将要求蚂蚁集团将帮助其作出贷款决策的用户数据移交给一个新的个人征信合资公司，后者将为部分国有。根据这项计划，蚂蚁与浙江省旅游投资集团有限公司各持有这家新公司 35% 的股份，其他有政府背景的合作伙伴包括浙江电子口岸有限公司和杭州市金融投资集团。
