备受好评的星球大战游戏《旧共和国武士》宣布了重制版本，游戏将由 Aspyr 工作室开发，索尼互动娱乐赞助，将限时独占 PS5 和 PC 平台，Xbox 平台将稍后发行。原版《旧共和国武士》由 BioWare 开发 LucasArts 发行，2003 年上市，Metacritic 评分 93/100，获得了众多媒体的年度游戏奖项，它讲述了主角瑞文（根据用户选择可以是绝地瑞文或达斯瑞文）在失忆之后重新找回自我的故事，他也是最受星球大战粉丝喜爱的非电影角色之一。Aspyr 工作室过去几年的作品主要是移植游戏，如将《文明六》移植到 Linux 平台，《旧共和国武士》重制版是该工作室首次踏足 3A 游戏制作。游戏中女主角 Bastila 的配音演员 Jennifer Hale 参与了重制版的制作。
