9月2日，美国汽车售后改装公司 Wheel Pros 宣布与美国汽车生活方式品牌 Hoonigan 合并，交易的具体财务条款没有披露。Hoonigan 的联合创始人兼主管 Ken Block、联合创始人兼首席创意官 Brian Scotto 和总裁 Jennifer van Dijjk 将继续留在合并后的公司。
Hoonigan 成立于2010年，通过各种媒体平台开发、发行和制作原创内容，建立了庞大的在线赛车爱好者社区。目前该社区月浏览量超 4000万，月均浏览总时长超 1.8亿分钟。在线社区内容包括获奖电影 《Gymkhana》，这是目前最长的赛车纪录片系列。此外，Hoonigan 还直接向消费者销售一系列商品和高性能汽车产品，公司的赛车部门也在全球范围内参加拉力赛和越野拉力赛。
