不同应用使用不同输入法偏好？ windows 自己就支持啊

@mscststs 这个试了一下，应用不关闭可以，重新打开就不生效了。。

win 现在就是每个应用自己的中英，我经常切割应用打字发现中英文也切了，还是习惯全局的。。。

APP 名称必需全部小写，假如还是不行的话就没办法了。
