目前 我使用的是方案二 做一个统一登录认证的服务器，请求登录的时候将需要使用的系统（admin/或者前台等）一起发送，返回jwt，每个系统在使用时根据jwt里的类型和权限进行验证。
各有优点，取决于各个子系统的耦合度还有你能不能对子系统的权限管理模块进行统一控制
