彭博援引知情人士的消息报道，美司法部正准备就 Google 的数字广告业务对其提起第二起垄断诉讼。Google 对此报道回应说，其“广告技术帮助网站和应用程序为其内容提供资金，使小企业得以发展，并保护用户免受剥削性隐私行为和不良广告体验的影响”。美国 38 个州和地区提起诉讼，指控 Google 滥用其市场力量，努力使其搜索引擎在汽车、电视和扬声器内和像在手机中一样占据主导地位。为了取证，该诉讼与联邦诉讼合并。
