律动 BlockBeats 消息，8 月 30 日，美股上市公司第九城市宣布将推出 NFT 平台 NFTSTAR，预计在今年第四季度正式上线运营。九城同时宣布，前 Dapper Labs 运营副总裁 Gagan Palrecha 已受邀加盟 NFTSTAR，担任首席运营官（Chief Operation Officer, COO）。
