cookie确认栏无法显示
大家好，我不是一个程序员，但是我遇到一个很偏门的问题，无法找到怎么解决。希望你们帮我看看
如图片所示，在一个电脑上可以显示cookie的提示（我们使用 cookie 来增强用户体验。您可以选择将网络浏览器设置为拒绝 cookie，或在发送 cookie 时提醒您。有关更多详细信息，请阅读我们的隐私政策。），另一个却不能显示。已经想了各种办法还是不行，请问是什么原因，有什么办法能解决
PS：公司多台电脑测试，有的IE能显示出来，极速浏览器不能显示；有的极速浏览器能显示出来，IE显示不出来；有的IE，极速浏览器都不能显示，edge却能显示；有的电脑不管是IE还是极速浏览器或者其他能想到的浏览器都不能显示出来。公司的工作于此网站有关，这个不能显示的话有个同事的工作就不能继续。希望好心人能看看怎么回事
