SapphireXR: A Brief Introduction
Another day, another new social VR platform! SapphireXR is a Unity-based social VR platform being built by a company called Freelight Labs.
There’s not a lot to show you yet. The following one-minute YouTube video shows you a bit of the platform and its development tools (warning: loud background music!):
If you want to learn more about SapphireXR, visit their website, join their Discord server, or follow them on social media: Twitter and YouTube (although there’s not very many videos yet). The platform is currently in alpha testing, and if you are interested, you can sign up to be an alpha tester here.
