No. They can't. You don't understand physics. It's also NOT more hot. Stop spreading misinformation.

There is no dissipation issue. There's a SoC power issue.

Do you mean that the Samsung S21 ultra is a faulty mobile phone with unsolvable problems? It's destined to be hot and unsolvable?
In saying that you need to stop the Samsung bullshit. The phone doesn't overheat and is amongst the best implemented devices in 2021.
Many people are reporting otherwise on either snap 888 and exynos 2100

Many people say crap. Samsung has a strict 42° peak temp standard they adhere to.

Glass slabs are physically limited to 4-5W combined convection and radiation in a ~23° ambient environment. There is no phone that doesn't throttle on these 8-9W SoCs.

Thats all good but doesnt mean the management at Samsung shouldnt be careful to "save costs" etc. If the mobile division proposed that, thats becuz they see how it was gonna be useful.
I had a poor experience with the S21U, in that it went above that 42° peak. I agree that the device isn't overheating *technically*. The problem is *where* the device is getting hot, which is on the outer body where most folks thumbs will be when holding it for pictures or video.

I agree with Andrei. Samsung's thermal throttling hits earlier than many other devices. Also, Exynos 2100 is arguably much better than Snapdragon 888 as it doesn't heat up while scrolling through Facebook.

But still, I think phones will need an active cooler soon.
