mac m1 芯片电脑使用 idea，文件多次移动后产生问题

多次移动后发现，idea 卡顿，cup 使用率上升。其他应用没有问题，重启 idea 后恢复正常。只要不去碰文件移动，基本不会出现这个问题，不知道 v 友是怎么处理的……
