Individual Storage Encryption per Customer – Guide to configure Key Management System per customer
VMware Cloud Director offers Storage Encryption for customers leveraging Key Providers on the vCenter server. There are important enhancements for providers on vSpehre 7 and VMware Cloud Director Version 10.2.2. When the provider dedicates a Cluster resource to a tenant organization on the VMware Cloud Director portal, the Provider can start offering a unique Key provider, hence unique encryption per customer organization. The following white paper describes these enhancements and use-cases.
