最近比较焦虑，然后发现缓解焦虑的办法就是去学习..
我自己学习的方式
6 点下班，墨迹到 6 点 40 下楼吃个饭，吃完饭回家，到家 8 点多，躺尸一会儿，洗个澡，一般 9 点半-10 点开始学习，一般都是看到 12 点-1 点之间。 之前因为比较焦虑买了一堆课，也没怎么看（买了等于我看了.. ），现在捡起来一点一点的看.. 感觉自己看书看不进去.. 视频之类的稍微好一点.. （我不是一个人吧.. ）
- 大家平时都是怎么学习的？怎么规划工作，学习，生活的时间？
- 学习方式是怎么样的？ （我自己是觉得偶尔看别人博客，论坛，公众号知识点太碎了。买课能系统一点.. ）
