MIUI 最近那个原子内存是什么原理？

最近雷布斯的演讲有点意思，不过我更好奇那个 12.5 增强版（其实就是超级 Bug 修复版）里提到的原子内存，我看介绍大概是可以回收各个应用进程内部的局部内存，这样可以使得可用内存更多，后台被杀的概率降低。

但是这个回收局部内存是咋做到的？比我我在微信聊天，但是支付暂时用不到，可以回收，系统如何判定的？
