法国童装在线零售商 Vertbaudet 被欧洲私募基金 Equistone 收购

欧洲私募股权投资公司 Equistone 近日宣布从私募基金 Alpha Private Equity 手中收购法国童装在线零售商 Vertbaudet 多数股权，具体交易金额官方尚未透露。
Vertbaudet 由法国北部一家族纺织企业所有者 Anselme Dewavrin 创立于1963年，最初 Anselme Dewavrin 通过邮寄产品目录的方式销售童装，到1996年才在法国里尔市开设了第一家门店，1999年，Vertbaudet 线上店铺正式上线。
从1999~2007年间，Vertbaudet 不断扩展海外市场版图，先后进入英国、葡萄牙、西班牙、瑞士、比利时市场。
