泛海控股8月4日收到监事会职工代表监事赵东提交的书面辞职报告。

8月6日，泛海控股（000046.SZ）发布公告表示，8月4日收到监事会职工代表监事赵东提交的书面辞职报告。赵东由于工作及身体原因，申请辞去泛海控股职工代表监事职务，辞职后将继续在泛海控股的控股子公司中国民生信托有限公司任职。截至8月6日，赵东持有18万股泛海控股股份。
同时，8月5日，泛海控股召开职工代表大会，选举李秀红为新任监事会职工代表监事；泛海控股表示，本次职工代表监事人选调整，不会影响泛海控股及其监事会的正常工作。
公开资料显示，李秀红，曾任广州药业股份有限公司证券事务专员，海航投资股份有限公司证券事务专员、证券事务代表等；现任泛海控股职工代表监事、董事会监事会办公室主任、证券事务代表。
