美团面临 10 亿美元罚款

美团因反垄断行为将被处以约 10 亿美元罚款，处罚预计会在未来几周内宣布，美团还将要求进行整顿，结束“二选一”的做法。今年 4 月国家市场监督管理总局宣布对美团实施的“二选一”等涉嫌垄断行为立案调查。美团是中国最大的外卖服务平台，成立于 2010 年，旗下包括美团网、美团外卖、大众点评网和美团单车等，它也是中国市值第三大的互联网企业，次于腾讯和阿里巴巴。在这之前，中国加强了反垄断执法，阿里巴巴因“二选一”等行为被处于 182.28 亿元的创纪录罚款。
