宜家因虚假广告被罚172万元

近日，宜家（中国）因就“GUNRID 古恩里德”窗帘产品在地铁投放“空气净化”虚假灯箱广告，被上海市市场监督管理局罚款约172万元，并被责令停止发布。
处罚原因是该广告没有说明，空气净化是在特定实验条件下的一种理想状态，易误导消费者购买。
目前，宜家已虚假广告一事致歉，承认某帘产品广告中“空气净化”功能的宣传对消费者存在误导。并声称已积极配合相关部门的有关决定，并已于2020年10月28日停止该产品的销售。
