布局四个月终于拿到 Jetbrains 的 Open Source license 了

四个月前开始建项，做了一个 Jetbrains 插件，目的很明确就是通过这个开源项目拿到 Jetbrains 全产品授权，终于让我给拿到手了

只能用于开发非商用开源项目。

这个 license 还是很容易得的，但实际上嘛，也就是个方便点的盗版，毕竟应该没多少人会按授权要求去使用吧，
楼主特地建个项目，意思是之前就没有其他开源项目？那想必拿到授权也不是用在开源项目的吧，

@AoEiuV020 之前的开源项目比较懒散，三天打鱼两天晒网，这个项目跟的还比较紧
