Hot Reload support for C++ Applications

In Visual Studio 2022 Preview 2, we are happy to announce that Hot Reload is now supported for C++.

Hot Reload for C++, powered by Edit and Continue, is a new way of editing your code while actively debugging. Hot Reload allows you to apply code changes without stopping at a breakpoint or restarting your app.

Currently, Hot Reload is only supported for MSBuild C++ projects, but we are working on enabling support for CMake projects in an upcoming preview.
