Problem E. Red Polyomino
插头 dp 模板题，用大字典里染色模型的例子稍微改改就能过。
不过这个题 k 范围比较小，极限数据答案也才 64678，所以标程貌似期望你 dfs() 过去。
Problem F. Rectilinear Polygons
可以离线。
