北京汇源食品饮料有限公司
新增了一条破产重整信息
申请人为山东德源国际物流有限公司
至此曾创下行业销售量第二
的果汁大王汇源落幕
事实上，汇源的衰败要从
可口可乐收购失败说起
2007年汇源赴港上市风光一时
可好景不长，2009年可口可乐收购
汇源一事失败后
汇源股价腰斩、营业额不断下滑
其创始人朱新礼更是
被列到失信人名单中
直至2018年3月
汇源果汁因债务危机停牌
值得注意的是
目前北京汇源已有数十则终本案件、
失信记录以及限制消费令等
