7月16日，比特矿业发布公告，此前披露的1亿股A类普通股定向增发的先决条件已达成，配售事项已于7月16日完成。此次配售共募集资金5000万美元（约3.3亿元人民币），公司拟将配售所得款项用于矿机采购、新数据中心建设和企业营运等方面。此外，在本次发行中，投资者每购买一份A类普通股可获得一份A类普通股的认股权证。该认股权证自发行之日起有效期为3年，自发行之日起6个月后方能行权，在满足一定条件下，每10股 A 类普通股可转换为1股ADS。
