据外媒报道，Spinny 已于近日成功筹集 1 亿多美元的融资。此轮融资为 D 轮，由老虎基金领投，Avenir Growth、Generl Catalyst 等跟投。
Spinny 由 Niraj Singh、Mohit Gupta、Ramanshu Mahuar 于 2015 年创立，是一家以用户为中心的二手车交易平台，致力于为消费者消除所有中间机构和经销商。该平台主打 O2O 机制，即用户在线上选择心仪汽车，在线下完成最终购买。
本栏目曾指出，老虎基金计划对 Spinny 领投 1 亿美元的融资。从目前来看，老虎基金已对其完成约 7500 万美元的投资。在 D 轮融资之前，Spinny 4 月初的 C 轮融资曾获得 6500 万美元，助其估值达 3.5 亿美元，相较一年前，估值翻了一倍。
