碳链价值APP讯，Block.one旗下加密交易所Bullish周五宣布已同意通过与特殊目的收购公司（SPAC）Far Peak Acquisition合并的方式，在纽交所上市，合并后股权估值90亿美元。合并预计将于2021年底完成，需要得到Far Peak股东及监管部门的批准。Bullish计划今年晚些时候推出受监管的加密货币交易所。该公司的投资人包括Peter Thiel的Thiel Capital and Founders Fund、Alan Howard、Louis Bacon、李泽楷、Galaxy Digital 和野村证券等。Far Peak是一家专注于让领先的金融科技公司上市的SPAC。Far Peak CEO兼董事长Thomas Farley曾担任纽交所总裁，现将成为Bullish的CEO。（路透社）
