NVIDIA is really starting to hit the cooling limits for PCIe accelerator cards. All prior cards have been 250W (or lower); but they've had to push to 300W to make the 80GB PCIe A100 possible. Even then, its speedy HBM2E memory still needed underclocked a bit to make it all fit
