wsl2 手动监听一个端口，但发现打开的却不是这个端口请问是为什么

我用 nc -l 44444 想监听这个端口，但是用 netstat -ntlp 发现打开的端口是 36967
Active Internet connections (only servers) Proto Recv-Q Send-Q Local Address Foreign Address State PID/Program name tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:36967 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 157/nc
wsl 里系统的是 Arch
