sentinel持久化到nacos

nacos1.4.1 + sentinel1.8.1

目前已经修改好sentinel-dashboard，启动sentinel客户端，访问需要限流接口，在簇点链路中添加流控规则，到了nacos中，但是nacos的文件格式为text，不知道是不是正确的，然后sentinel-dashboard平台获取不到nacos的规则，不清楚怎么回事，

String rules = configService.getConfig(appName + NacosConfigUtil.FLOW_DATA_ID_POSTFIX,
    NacosConfigUtil.GROUP_ID, 3000);

以下这行代码一直返回规则是空，但是提交规则确实能到nacos，不知道怎么回事哦
