Senior Software Engineer at Lionbridge Technologies LLP (7 to 9 Yrs Exp)

You will have to work with the group of software & QA engineers for building micro services, which serves as a foundation of the Lionbridges enterprise apps that deliver quality content, machine translation, translation, and interpretation solutions to more than 2,000 customers across the world.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design & build microservices that will help to connect different Lionbridge’s apps & provides functionalities
  • Interpret & analyze business needs to create & review design documents
  • Write quality unit code
  • Peer review developers’ code
  • Offer effort estimate to the team lead & product management
  • Offer dev-level support and interact with the internal & external clients to resolve any kind of issues
  • Review documentation

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7+ years’ of experience as developer with C# & .NET frameworks
  • 2+ years of experiences in Azure microservice or serverless app development & storage
  • Experience with the agile methodology
  • Strong knowledge of the software design & implementation practices
  • Strong knowledge of the relational & NoSQL database
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, independent, and responsible team-player
  • Written & oral communication skills to express your thoughts clearly, listen & contribute effectively in the remote team environment

Skills:

  • Experience in developing the cloud-based server apps in the high traffic and scalability situation
  • Experience with the container technologies (K8s, Docker, and more.)
  • Experience with CI/CD
  • Experience with the frontend technologies: Node.js, CSS/HTML/JavaScript/popular frontend frameworks (like Angular and React)
  • Experience with public cloud technologies, like AWS
  • Experience with following technologies & systems: e-commerce system, content management system, continuous integration and translation technologies
