产品角度
首先，音乐app和抖音短视频，完全不是一回事，抖音是短视频，和直播，是视频，其商业逻辑也非常依赖视频这个基础。试想一下，如果大家都去听音乐，抖音广告也都是音频的，彻底沦为收音机软件了。
集团战略角度
既然音乐app和抖音不是一类东西，那么从集团战略的角度是否可以有一个音乐app呢？我认为是可以的，但是，这个产品和抖音产品毫无关系。实际上，抖音在印度做了一个音乐app Resso，搜一下这个软件，它在印度发展还挺好的。
