在 Google 和苹果之后，亚马逊也宣布对独立和小型企业开发者降低在其应用商店的提成比例。此前亚马逊应用商店的提成比例是 30%，从今年第四季度开始，收入低于百万美元的应用提成比例降至 20%，这似乎比苹果和 Google 的 15% 要差，但亚马逊同时还会将收入的 10% 以 AWS 余额的形式返回给开发者，也就是如果应用开发者使用 AWS，那么其提成比例将只有 10%。但如果不使用 AWS，那么这个余额就没有什么价值了。
