碳链价值APP讯，据光明日报消息，全国新能源汽车「退役」动力电池评估及交易平台在广东省佛山市成立，该平台将聚合电动车辆国家工程实验室、国家电池溯源监测管理平台及新能源电池回收利用专业委员会等方面的资源，致力于把电池利用率最大化，将基于区块链技术，为新能源汽车企业提供大数据动力电池性能评估、线下实验室检测和动力电池线上交易等多项服务，也将有望助力破解动力电池回收利用环节存在的回收难、销售渠道受限、缺乏快速性能检测技术等行业难题。
