那么

浏览器下载文件就可以不需要存储权限

App 能否读取其创建的文件，还是可以读取或修改所有数据，甚至创建次级目录

即使删除了 Music 目录，依然会在每次打开 App 时，建立 1 个由大小写字母、数字、字符组成，名称固定，大小不变但不足 2 kB 的 mp3 文件
