美国总统拜登周三撤销了特朗普时代试图禁止新用户下载微信（WeChat）和 TikTok 的一系列行政令，并下令商务部审查这些应用和其他应用带来的安全担忧。拜登的新行政令撤销了特朗普去年 8 月发布的针对 WeChat 和 TikTok 的行政令，以及今年 1 月针对其他八款通信和金融技术软件应用的禁令。今年 1 月特朗普的行政令要求官员禁止美国公民与八款中国应用的交易，包括蚂蚁集团的支付宝和腾讯控股的 QQ 钱包和微信支付。
