修改网卡配置文件 NOBOOT=no none 也试了不行

如果希望网卡处于 unmanaged 状态，/etc/network/interfaces 移除所有 auto 及 allow-hotplug 方法

不是 NOBOOT
有可能是 NetworkManager 接管了，可以试试加上 NM_CONTROLLED=no
