[摄影随拍] 日夜交替下的天德——CBD里的高奢村落的光影
天德广场区域是猎德村村属资本控制的区域
作为广州最出名可能没有之一的城中村改造的范例
猎德的过程中有太多的情况也有太多参与的力量，导致情况异常复杂
但最后都完成了改造
现在天德是广州年轻男女高奢领域的一个最大的聚集区，没有之一
光是人均1000以上的餐厅就3-4间
而且整体的运营水平不错
所以也是广州“光污染”最大的地方
得益于村内控制资本，成熟的团队操作，天德及周边现在的商业氛围比较完善，消费、产业、办公、购物、餐饮、酒店都一应俱全而且水平都不差。
天德的很多调性我不认同，但他山之石可以攻玉
