台湾半导体企业面临不确定性的形势

台湾半导体企业正面临多个风险问题：因发生 56 年来最严重的干旱，缺水问题日益严重；电力不足使得大面积停电不断；新冠感染人数猛增。台湾旱灾中央灾害应变中心宣布，如果不降雨的情况持续，自 6 月 1 日起新竹市周边的取水限制将从目前的 15% 提高到 17%。新竹是台湾半导体产业聚集地，有台积电的总部和主力工厂，还有联发科等企业的基地。为了尽量避免缺水对半导体生产带来影响，该地区的取水限制将只设定在 17%，而市内其他地区则计划 1 周内停水两天，缺水情况严重。半导体的生产过程中需要大量用水。台积电设在台湾的半导体工厂每天的用水量接近 20 万吨。
