提供“黑暗厨房”服务的法国初创公司 Taster 近日宣布获得3700美元B轮融资，此次融资由 Octopus Ventures 领投，LocalGlobe、Battery Ventures 和 Heartcore Capital 参投。
自成立以来，Taster 已共计获得5000万美元融资。
Taster 由 Anton Soulier 成立于2017年，是一家致力于提供“黑暗厨房”服务的公司。
“黑暗厨房（Dark kitchen）” 也被称为虚拟厨房、云厨房，名词中的“黑暗”二字是指烹饪空间不对外开放，服务商只提供食品外卖配送服务，不在店内专门设立供客户堂食的区域，随着在线点餐平台 Deliveroo、Just Eat 等兴起，“黑暗厨房”在疫情之下也出现了快速发展的趋势。
