台积电等在2D晶体管技术上取得突破

MIT、加州伯克利、台积电的研究人员上周《自然》期刊上发表论文，报告在2D（即单个原子厚度）晶体管技术上取得了突破。研究人员称，他们解决了微型化半导体设备的一大难题：连接金属电极和单层半导体材料之间的接触电阻。他们发现了半金属铋可作为两者之间的接触电极，让2D晶体管成为可能，让芯片的制程能进入突破 1 纳米甚至更低。
