华为称鸿蒙是国民级支持与喜爱的品牌

北京法院周三公布了华为与国家知识产权局其它一审行政判决书，华为“鸿蒙”商标申请被驳回，因已有近似商标存在。有两家公司分别在 2010 年和 2011 年申请了鸿蒙商标，而华为是在 2019 年提起申请的。华为在诉求中称，“鸿蒙OS”具有重要意义，“鸿蒙”系具有国民级的支持与喜爱的品牌，在全国人民心中有不可动摇的知名度和美誉度，并与华为建立起不可分割的紧密、稳定的对应联系，这些商标共存也不会造成相关公众的混淆误认。
