UGG 再陷商标纠纷，澳大利亚制造商不满美国 Deckers 集团旗下 UGG 品牌的垄断地位

2016年3月，UGG 母公司、美国户外运动服饰集团 Deckers Brands 对总部位于澳洲悉尼的 Australian Leather 公司提起诉讼，指控后者在美国使用“UGG”名称销售“几乎一模一样”的雪地靴，侵犯了其商标权以及各种设计专利。美国伊利诺伊州北部地区联邦地方法院去年宣布 Deckers Brands 胜诉。
近日 Deckers Brands 和 Australian Leather 将在美国联邦巡回上诉法院（U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit）再次对簿公堂。Australian Leather 希望驳回此前的判决，维护“UGG 雪地靴”的澳大利亚血统。而 Deckers Brands 希望进一步禁止这家小规模竞争对手在澳大利亚和新西兰销售其“UGG 雪地靴”。
