微信的语音文件都是amr格式转换其实乃是挺费力的，但是有了Linux，so easy!
直接使用cat命令即可以合并。
cat *.amr > father.amr
然后是ffmpeg转码
ffmpeg -i father.amr -ar 22050 alarm.mp3
22050是采码率，增加清晰度的。
