对生活要求少一些；

控制自己的愿望与梦想，一个时期内，专注于一件事情。（如果是两三件事情，那就不叫专注了）；
无需投入，没有难度与挑战的事情，没有价值。比如看电视，无所事事的浏览网页，微博。
不要太贪婪。
