简单步骤：
1、电脑开启全局***；
2、手机连接电脑（手机无需4G，手机无需开启热点，手机无需***）；
3、按正常流程安装；
4、有问题看下面的解决方法；
5、其它安装步骤自行百度；
Q：SSL Error: WINHTTP_CALLBACK_STATUS_FLAG_CERT_REV_FAILED failed to check revocation status.
A：电脑端开启全局***（还不行，就多换几个**重试）
Q：app could not be found
A：貌似只针对windows10，按下图设置（简单翻译：打开windows安全中心→打开“安全和威胁防护”设置→关闭实时保护）。安装完毕记得再开启实时防护。感谢@CaShiou
